We are pleased to welcome Matt Sapsford to Naturally Compliant as our new Associate Director. Matt joins us with extensive experience supporting environmental management and compliance across nationally significant infrastructure projects, bringing specialist expertise in green infrastructure, environmental mitigation, and collaborative project delivery.

We welcome Eilidh Simon as Senior Ecologist. With extensive experience in ornithology and renewable energy projects, Eilidh joins the team to help advance ecological performance in construction. Passionate about sustainability, she’s eager to make a meaningful impact both locally and globally.

We are pleased to welcome Joseph Mangham-Brown to Naturally Compliant as our new Senior Environmental Consultant. Joseph joins us with several years of experience supporting ecological and environmental compliance on infrastructure projects across Scotland.
