Why Naturally Compliant
I joined Naturally Compliant in June 2024 after returning from a sabbatical in Canada. I was looking for a role where I could make a direct and meaningful impact, and Naturally Compliant stood out for its focus on delivering positive environmental outcomes during construction.

What I do
My role centres around project management, ensuring construction projects are delivered compliantly, responsibly and on time. I aim to improve environmental performance and enjoy bringing new ideas to the table, particularly around innovation and the use of new technologies.

What motivates me
I believe that doing things properly matters. Taking the time to make sure work is carried out in the right way, not just the easiest way, is important to me.

Outside of work
I spend as much time outdoors as possible, including mountain biking, trail running, foraging, birdwatching and exploring new landscapes. I also enjoy painting and learning guitar.
