My views aligned with Naturally Compliant’s ethos, particularly the focus on improving construction phase compliance and strengthening support during tender and project setup.

My role focuses on making a difference to ecology and environmental management on sites, and educating teams on best practice, legislation and why it matters.

What motivates me
I am motivated by collaboration, variety and the challenges the role brings. I believe small actions can create meaningful change. My approach is guided by environmental integrity, ecological safeguarding, stakeholder engagement, sustainability, innovation and evidence-based practice.

Outside of work
I enjoy foraging, travelling, wild camping, campervanning, hiking, kayaking and supporting conservation and community initiatives.
