What motivates me
I enjoy finding and sharing pragmatic solutions that improve construction delivery while reducing environmental impact. Collaboration is key to how I work.

Outside of work
I enjoy travelling in the UK and Europe, especially in our motorhome, and I have a long-standing interest in live music.
