Why Naturally Compliant
I was drawn to Naturally Compliant as I like working in a small, passionate team. I support the company’s values and the proactive approach to environmental and ecological compliance.

What I do
My role is to manage ecology and ornithology on construction sites, providing advice and working with site teams to develop effective mitigation measures.

What motivates me
Protecting the environment motivates me in my work. I approach my role with an open mindset and value input from different disciplines.

​

Outside of work
I enjoy yoga, hillwalking, going to gigs, cooking vegetarian food and looking after my growing collection of houseplants.
